According to a report, HENLIUS (02696) opened more than 4% higher. As of press time, the stock rose 4.64% to HK$53.0, with a turnover of HK$47,700.

On the news front, on October 8, HENLIUS registered a Phase 2/3 clinical trial on Clinicaltrials.gov for the PD-L1/VEGF bispecific antibody HLX37 combined with chemotherapy as first-line treatment for advanced NSCLC. This Phase 2/3 clinical trial is conducted as a head-to-head comparison against the standard therapy of Keytruda plus chemotherapy, with plans to enroll 1,438 subjects, and is expected to be initially completed by the end of 2030.

It is worth noting that on September 23, HENLIUS announced a collaboration with U.S. biotechnology company Amberstone: with an upfront payment of no more than US$4 million, it introduced two conditionally activated T-cell engagers (TCEs) based on the T-MATE™ platform, with the maximum potential consideration of the transaction reaching approximately US$888 million.
