Corporate actions During January 2026, the company repurchased 26,000 shares for HK$0.21 million, which are held as treasury stock. The Board believes the buy-back supports net asset value and earnings per share.

Governance update VSTECS maintained compliance with the HKEX Corporate Governance Code, except for combining the roles of chairman and CEO, both held by founder Mr Li Jialin, a structure the Board views as facilitating effective decision-making. Two independent non-executive directors and one non-executive director were absent from the 26 May 2026 AGM due to prior commitments.
