ENN Energy: BlackRock Trims Stake to 5.96% Through Net Disposal of 1.43 Million Shares

On 3 June 2026, the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive disclosed transactions by BlackRock, Inc. in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. carried out on 2 June 2026 under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, in connection with the company’s proposed privatisation by scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock, classified as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy, executed two opposite trades for discretionary investment clients on the US exchange:

• Purchase: 47,100 shares at USD 53.95 each. • Sale: 1,481,176 shares at the same price of USD 53.95 each.

The transactions resulted in a net disposal of 1.43 million shares. Following the trades, BlackRock’s holding fell from 68.99 million shares (6.10 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital) to 67.51 million shares, representing 5.96 % of the class.
