Information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange reveals that on July 16th, executive Lin Shuying acquired an additional 6.654 million shares of CITYCHAMP (00256).
The transaction was executed at a price of HK$0.096 per share, amounting to a total consideration of approximately HK$638,800.
Following this purchase, her total shareholding has increased to roughly 3.277 billion shares.
This holding now represents 56.48% of the company's issued share capital.
The transaction lists Han Guolong as a connected party.
