HIPINE Announces RMB 0.50 Interim Dividend for 1H 2026; Hong Kong Shareholders to Receive HKD 0.58 per Share

Shenzhen Hipine Precision Technology Co., Ltd. (HIPINE) has declared an interim ordinary dividend of RMB 0.50 per share for the six months ended 30 June 2026, following shareholder approval on 30 September 2026.

Dividend Payment and Key Dates • Default currency for Hong Kong investors: HKD 0.58 per share, based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1631. • Ex-dividend date: 27 October 2026. • Last day to lodge share transfers: 28 October 2026 (by 16:30). • Book-closure: 29–30 October 2026. • Record date: 30 October 2026. • Payment date: 27 November 2026. • Share registrar: Tricor Investor Services Limited, Hong Kong.

Withholding Tax Arrangements • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% tax on cash dividends. • Domestic individual shareholders (including those holding H-shares via Hong Kong Stock Connect or under “full circulation”): 20% individual income tax. • Individual foreign shareholders whose names appear on the H-share register: 20% individual income tax.

Corporate Governance As at the announcement date, the Board comprises three executive directors (Mr. Li Yongzhong—Chairman, Mr. Hu Shaohua, Mr. Li Yangjin), one non-executive director (Mr. Huang Liangdi) and three independent non-executive directors (Ms. Guo Xiaohong, Mr. Wong Sin Yung, Mr. She Dingshun).
