UBOT Holding lifts issued share base by 1.21 million through option exercise, total outstanding shares reach 513.71 million

UBOT Holding Ltd. reported that 1.21 million ordinary shares were issued in May 2026 after employees and management exercised options under the 2024 Share Option Scheme.

The new shares were issued at HKD 0.1796 each, bringing in HKD 0.22 million in fresh equity. As a result, the company’s issued share capital grew 0.24% month-on-month to 513.71 million shares. No treasury shares are held.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 50 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.001, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million.

Following the exercises, outstanding options under the 2024 scheme fell from 5.12 million to 3.91 million, while the scheme still allows a further 46.10 million shares to be granted.

UBOT confirmed that public-float requirements were fully met and that all regulatory conditions for the new issuance were satisfied. No warrants, convertible securities or other share-issuance arrangements were outstanding during the month.
