Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced on May, 18 2026 that it has issued and admitted 1,994,248 new ordinary shares of US cents 25 each under its Scrip Dividend Scheme related to the 2025 final dividend.
The shares were issued on May, 13 2026 and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market on May, 14 2026, increasing the company’s total ordinary shares in issue to 294,843,676.
The new shares are fully fungible with Jardine Matheson’s existing ordinary shares.
