XD Inc. (Hong Kong-listed; stock code 02400) disclosed that it bought back 120,000 ordinary shares on the Stock Exchange on 9 April 2026 at prices between HK$61.50 and HK$63.25 per share, spending HK$7.49 million in aggregate.
Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 1.04 million shares between 25 March and 9 April that are pending cancellation. The accumulated volume represents approximately 0.21% of the current issued share capital of 492.43 million shares. Purchase prices over the period ranged from HK$61.19 to HK$67.64 per share.
Under the repurchase mandate approved on 29 May 2025, XD Inc. is authorised to buy back up to 49.17 million shares. To date, 3.73 million shares—about 0.76% of the company’s issued share capital on the mandate date—have been acquired under this authority.
All shares repurchased to date are intended for cancellation. The company is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares, effective until 9 May 2026. As at 9 April 2026, the total number of issued shares stood unchanged at 492.43 million, pending the formal cancellation of the repurchased shares.
