BAIOO Family Interactive announced its performance metrics for the first quarter of 2026. The company recorded 6.4 million quarterly active accounts, representing a sequential increase of 1.6% compared to the previous quarter. However, this figure reflects a year-on-year decline of 1.5% when measured against the same period in 2025. The number of quarterly paying accounts reached 900,000, marking a 12.5% increase from the prior quarter and remaining stable compared to the first quarter of 2025. The slight annual decrease in active accounts is attributed to some games reaching a mature stage in their lifecycle. In contrast, the paying user base has recovered to the level seen a year ago, a result attributed to the company's targeted, in-depth user operations that have effectively enhanced payment loyalty.

The average revenue per paying account for the quarter was RMB 188.8, showing a sequential increase of 7.5% from the previous quarter and a year-on-year rise of 6.7% compared to Q1 2025. The improvement in this metric both sequentially and annually is primarily credited to the company's refined, long-term intellectual property (IP) operation strategy. By implementing deep content iterations and optimizing commercialization systems for its core games, BAIOO successfully stimulated spending willingness among its key users, leading to a significant increase in their average contribution.

During the first quarter of 2026, the company's core self-developed IP products continued to operate in a healthy and stable manner, making ongoing progress in user retention and value deepening. The mobile game "AOQI Legend" introduced new content through its New Year version "Final Chapter of Creation," effectively boosting user activity and spending inclination. "Aobi Island: Dream Kingdom" actively engaged in operations focused on IP collaborations and content innovation, particularly launching the "Intangible Cultural Heritage Splendor" themed version during the Spring Festival, which integrated traditional culture with the gaming experience and was well-received by users. Concurrently, the web games "Aobi Island" and "Aola Star" continued optimization based on user feedback, maintaining the robust vitality of these classic titles. Leveraging long-term IP development and consistent content updates, these products continue to provide the company with stable revenue streams.

Looking ahead, BAIOO will continue to concentrate on its advantageous market segments and deepen its long-term IP operations. The company plans to persistently optimize and innovate its existing product portfolio. Furthermore, progress on new product development is proceeding smoothly. The self-developed new titles "Scribble Color World" and "Under the Cover of Night" have completed all pre-launch testing, with "Scribble Color World" scheduled for an official release on April 28, 2026. Simultaneously, the company intends to leverage its existing strengths to actively explore opportunities in the global market. Through localized innovation and customized operations, BAIOO aims to gradually enhance its brand's international influence.
