CITYCHAMP Announces 841 Million Rights Shares to Be Allotted Following Subscription Results

CITYCHAMP (00256) has issued an announcement regarding the outcome of its rights issue.

As of 4:00 PM on Friday, July 10, 2026 (the final acceptance deadline), a total of 7 valid applications and acceptances were received under the provisional allotment letters, subscribing for an aggregate of 841 million rights shares. This represents approximately 58.0% of the total rights shares available for subscription under the rights issue.

Consequently, 610 million rights shares under the rights issue remained unsubscribed, accounting for approximately 42.0% of the total offer shares. These shares are subject to compensation arrangements. By 4:00 PM on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 (the final deadline for placing unsubscribed rights shares and unsold rights shares of ineligible shareholders), no rights shares were placed under the placing arrangement. Therefore, under the compensation arrangement, there is no net proceeds available for distribution to inactive shareholders.

Based on the acceptance results of the rights issue and the outcome of the placing, a total of 841 million rights shares will be allotted and issued, representing approximately 58.0% of the total offer shares. As all conditions set out in the rights issue prospectus have been fulfilled, the rights issue became unconditional at 4:00 PM on Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
