UltraGreen.ai clarifies currency options for upcoming interim dividend

UltraGreen.ai Limited on Aug, 14 2026 clarified the currency arrangements for its interim dividend announced on Aug, 12 2026.
For both the ULG – USD and UGS – SGD trading counters, shareholders using CDP’s Currency Conversion Service will receive the dividend in Singapore dollars, converted from U.S. dollars at an exchange rate determined by CDP’s partner bank.
Shareholders who prefer payment in U.S. dollars must opt out of the Currency Conversion Service in accordance with CDP’s procedures before the deadline set by CDP.
