Bulletin Express
Aug 03

Emperor Watch & Jewellery Limited reported that its share capital structure remained unchanged for the month ended 31 July 2026. The company closed the period with 7.26 billion ordinary shares in issue and no treasury shares on its books.

The Hong Kong‐listed jeweller confirmed that it continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25% as of the month-end.

Share-based incentives were inactive. Under the share option scheme adopted on 23 May 2018, no options were outstanding, granted, exercised or cancelled during July; however, the scheme still permits the potential issuance of up to 0.69 billion new shares.

No warrants, convertible instruments, repurchases or other equity-linked arrangements were recorded for the month. As a result, total issued share capital and treasury share balances posted a net change of zero.

The filing was submitted on 3 August 2026 by Company Secretary Fung Pui Ling, confirming compliance with all applicable listing and regulatory requirements.
