Keppel Ltd. announced on Aug, 06 2026 that its dormant wholly-owned subsidiary, Ocean & Capital Properties Pte Ltd, has entered member’s voluntary liquidation.
The company stated that the disposal is not expected to have any material effect on its net tangible assets or earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec 31 2026.
