Luyuan Group Holding (Cayman) Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 0.23 million ordinary shares on 09 July 2026, paying an aggregate HKD 3.06 million. The shares were repurchased at prices ranging from HKD 12.98 to HKD 14.00, with a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 13.29 per share.
Prior to the transaction, the company had 407.54 million issued shares (excluding 19.13 million treasury shares), out of a total 426.67 million shares. Following the buyback, the outstanding share count decreased by 0.06 % to 407.31 million, while treasury shares rose to 19.36 million; total issued shares remained unchanged at 426.67 million.
The 09 July purchase was made under the repurchase mandate granted on 17 June 2026, which authorises the company to buy back up to 41.02 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 2.87 million shares, equivalent to 0.70 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.
Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Luyuan Group Holding is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares, effective until 08 August 2026.
