DRINDA Sets 21 October Board Meeting to Approve Q3 2026 Results

Hainan Drinda New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (DRINDA) has notified the market that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, 21 October 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the consolidated financial results for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, alongside other corporate matters.

The meeting will be chaired by Mr. Lu Xuyang, who serves as both Chairperson of the Board and Executive Director. DRINDA’s board currently comprises a total of ten members: three executive directors (Mr. Lu Xuyang, Mr. Zhang Manliang, Mr. Zheng Hongwei), two non-executive directors (Mr. Xu Xiaoping, Mr. Xu Yong), one employee representative director (Ms. Zheng Hong), and four independent non-executive directors (Dr. Shen Wenzhong, Dr. Mao Xiaoying, Mr. Ma Shuli, Mr. Zhang Liang).

The company released the notice in Hong Kong on 8 October 2026. Investors will gain insight into DRINDA’s operational performance for the first nine months of 2026 following the board’s deliberations and subsequent publication of the third-quarter results.
