Stelux Holdings Records Stable Share Capital and Maintains Public Float Compliance in March 2026

Stelux Holdings International Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remains at 1.60 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 per share, representing HKD 160.00 million.

Issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) held steady at 1,036.92 million shares. Treasury shares totalled 7.84 million, keeping the overall issued share count unchanged at 1,044.76 million.

Stelux affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent under Main Board Rule 13.32B.

The filing also indicates that the group had no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute equity, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or transfers during the month.
