Elite UK REIT has electronically dispatched a circular to its unitholders on Jul, 21 2026 ahead of an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for Aug, 6 2026.

The EGM will seek approval for two key proposals: (1) the acquisition of five government-leased properties located across the United Kingdom, classified as an interested person transaction, and (2) the issuance of up to approximately 30.1 million consideration units under Listing Manual Rules 805(1), 811(3) and 812(2).

The circular, which includes the notice of meeting and proxy form, is available on the trust’s website and the Singapore Exchange’s SGXNET platform; printed copies will be provided upon request.

Independent financial adviser Deloitte Singapore SR&T Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd., along with the trust’s independent directors and audit and risk committee, concluded that both the proposed acquisition and the unit issuance are on normal commercial terms and not prejudicial to the interests of minority unitholders.

Unitholders are encouraged to review the circular before casting their votes at the EGM.
