Comba trims free-float by 0.50 million shares via HKD0.53 million buyback

Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited executed an on-market repurchase of 0.50 million ordinary shares on 18 June 2026, paying a total of HKD0.53 million. The shares were bought at prices ranging between HKD1.05 and HKD1.06, implying a volume-weighted average cost of roughly HKD1.06 per share.

The transaction reduced the company’s issued share count (excluding treasury shares) from 3.127 billion to 3.127 billion, a marginal contraction of 0.02% (0.016% as disclosed). All repurchased shares have been transferred to treasury, lifting Comba’s treasury-share holding to 7.13 million shares, while the total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 3.134 billion.

The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 14 May 2026, which allows Comba to repurchase up to 313.14 million shares. Including this latest transaction, the company has repurchased 4.57 million shares under the mandate, representing 0.15% of the issued share capital at the mandate date.

Under Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Comba is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 18 July 2026.
