SWHY Announces FY2025 Final Dividend of RMB 0.75 per 10 Shares

On 27 March 2026, Shenwan Hongyuan Group Co., Ltd. (SWHY) declared a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.75 per 10 shares for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
The payout remains subject to shareholder approval, with the ex-dividend date, record date, payment date, exchange rate and Hong Kong dollar equivalent yet to be disclosed. The dividend will be settled through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, and withholding-tax arrangements will be announced in due course.
Board composition at the time of the announcement comprises three executive directors, five non-executive directors and four independent non-executive directors.
