BlackRock Fine-Tunes Stake in ENN Energy to 6.27% During Privatisation Process

Hong Kong’s Takeovers Executive has disclosed a series of trades in ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. carried out by BlackRock, Inc. on 1 June 2026 in connection with the company’s proposed privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock executed five purchases and five sales on the day, buying a total of 231,700 shares at prices ranging from HK$53.39 to HK$55.25 and selling 111,488 shares at HK$52.55–HK$55.25. After netting the transactions, BlackRock’s holding in ENN Energy increased by 7,612 shares to 70.93 million shares, representing 6.27 % of the company’s issued share capital.

Under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, BlackRock is classified as a Class (6) associate of the offeree company because of these equity holdings. The disclosure forms part of the ongoing monitoring requirements tied to ENN Energy’s planned privatisation via scheme of arrangement.
