Info-Tech Systems Ltd. announced that Executive Chairman Lee Kim Heng Peter has sold 24,338,800 ordinary shares in the company through a block trade.

Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) acted as placement agent, placing the shares with long-only institutional investors including Avanda Investment Management, Ginko-AGT Global Growth Fund, ICH Synergrowth Fund, JPMorgan Asset Management (Singapore) Limited and Lion Global Investors.

The company said the transaction is intended to expand and diversify its shareholder base, strengthen minority shareholder representation, and enhance trading liquidity and free float.

Following the sale, Lee retains a direct and deemed interest of about 19.2% in Info-Tech Systems’ issued share capital and has agreed not to sell additional shares for 365 days from Apr, 28 2026.

The disposal involves only existing shares and results in no dilution for current shareholders.
