Top Glove Corporation Bhd (TOPGLOV) reported that substantial shareholder Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee has raised her indirect stake in the glove maker by 2.0 million ordinary shares on Jun, 19 2026.

The additional shares were acquired by her husband, Tan Sri Dr Lim Wee Chai, and are attributed to her as a deemed interest. Following the transaction, Puan Sri Tong Siew Bee’s direct holding remains at 17.56 million shares, representing 0.219 % of Top Glove’s issued capital.

Her total indirect or deemed interest now stands at about 3.051 billion shares, equivalent to 38.048 %. Combining direct and deemed holdings, she is deemed interested in approximately 3.068 billion shares.

Top Glove disclosed the change in accordance with Section 138 of the Companies Act 2016 in a filing dated Jun, 19 2026.
