Beijing Chunlizhengda Medical Instruments Co.,Ltd. has announced a series of new executive appointments.

The company's board of directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Shi Chunsheng as the company's General Manager.

Additionally, the board has approved the appointments of Ms. Yue Shujun and Mr. Li Xiwang as Deputy General Managers, Ms. Lu Hongyue as Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Xie Fengbao as Board Secretary.

The terms for these senior management positions will commence from the date of the board's approval and will last until the conclusion of the current sixth board of directors' term.

Furthermore, the board has approved the appointment of Mr. Xu Kuixue as the Securities Affairs Representative, who will assist the Board Secretary in his duties. His term will also run from the approval date until the end of the sixth board's tenure.
