The regulatory body issued the official approval document, bearing the reference number 证监许可〔2026〕2093, which greenlights the company's bond issuance plan.
According to the announcement, the CSRC has consented to the company's registration application for issuing corporate bonds to professional investors, with a total face value not exceeding RMB 9.6 billion. This approval marks a significant step forward for SWHY in its capital market activities, allowing the company to proceed with the proposed fundraising initiative.
The issuance of these corporate bonds must be conducted strictly in accordance with the prospectus submitted to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The regulatory approval remains valid for a period of 24 months from the date of registration consent, during which the company is permitted to issue the bonds in multiple tranches as market conditions and capital needs dictate.
Furthermore, the company is required to promptly report and appropriately handle any major events that may occur between the date of registration consent and the completion of the bond issuance process.
