CLP Announces Availability of 2026 Interim Report and Declares HK$0.63 Second Interim Dividend

CLP Holdings Limited (CLP) has published its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese on the company’s website and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website. Shareholders who had previously opted for printed copies will receive the report in their selected language.

In line with its electronic dissemination policy, CLP will continue to provide corporate communications primarily through its website. Printed copies will be supplied only upon request via a designated request form submitted to the company’s registrars, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Shareholders may alter their preferred language or method of receipt at no cost.

The Board declared a second interim dividend of HK$0.63 per share for 2026. The dividend will be paid on 15 September 2026 to shareholders on record as of 4 September 2026, when the Register of Shareholders will be closed.
