Prudential plc announced an updated list of its board members and their respective roles as of Jun, 01 2026.

The board is led by Chair Sir Douglas Flint CBE and includes Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Anil Wadhwani. Serving as Independent Non-executive Directors are Jeremy David Bruce Anderson CBE (Senior Independent Director), Arijit Basu, Chua Sock Koong, Guido Fürer, Ming Lu, George David Sartorel, Mark Vincent Thomas Saunders FIA, FASHK, Claudia Ricarda Rita Suessmuth Dyckerhoff and Jeanette Kai Yuan Wong.

Five principal board committees were also confirmed. Jeanette Kai Yuan Wong chairs the Audit Committee; Sir Douglas Flint CBE chairs the Nomination and Governance Committee; Chua Sock Koong chairs the Remuneration Committee; Jeremy David Bruce Anderson CBE chairs the Risk Committee; and George David Sartorel chairs the Sustainability Committee.

The updated composition takes effect immediately from Jun, 01 2026.
