China Wood International Doubles Issued Shares to 1.97 Billion in September Monthly Return

China Wood International Holding Co., Limited disclosed in its Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026 that its issued share base expanded significantly during the month. The number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) rose by 986.90 million to 1.97 billion, up 100 % from 986.90 million at the end of August. No treasury shares are held.

The authorised share capital remained unchanged at 20.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 200.00 million.

Management confirmed that the company continues to meet the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 % of issued shares. No share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding during the month, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts.

All corporate actions undertaken in September were carried out in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and other applicable regulations, according to the company secretary’s declaration.
