CF PharmTech, Inc. (CF PharmTech) filed its statutory Monthly Return for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming stable registered share capital and a modest expansion of treasury stock through continued share buy-backs.

Total registered share capital remained unchanged at 433.73 million shares with a par value of RMB 1 each, split between 323.97 million H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 109.75 million unlisted domestic shares.

Issued share movements centred on the company’s H-share buy-back programme. On 26 June 2026, 337.80 thousand H shares were repurchased and held as treasury shares, an action reflected in the September return. Consequently: • Issued H shares (excluding treasury) declined to 322.24 million from 322.57 million at end-August. • Treasury H shares increased to 1.73 million from 1.40 million. • Total issued shares, including treasury, remained steady at 323.97 million.

No changes occurred in the 109.75 million domestic shares, and the company reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments during the month.

CF PharmTech affirmed that it continues to meet Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32B public-float requirements, maintaining at least the initial prescribed threshold of 24.7% of H-share free float.

The filing was signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Mr. Zhu Yuyu on 6 October 2026.
