JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd. disclosed that it repurchased 46,100 ordinary shares on 14 April 2026 via on-market transactions on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, paying between HKD 29.96 and HKD 29.98 per share. The aggregate consideration amounted to HKD 1.38 million.
Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell to 467.50 million shares, down 0.0099% from the previous day, while treasury shares rose to 853,800.
The repurchases form part of the mandate granted on 20 June 2025, under which the company is authorised to buy back up to 44.84 million shares. To date, 853,800 shares—equivalent to 0.1904% of the outstanding shares at the mandate date—have been acquired under this authority.
In line with Hong Kong listing rules, JF SmartInvest is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares until 14 May 2026. The board confirmed that the buyback complied with all applicable regulations and that all required payments and filings have been completed.
