Sinostar PEC Holdings Limited announced that it will stop publishing quarterly financial statements with immediate effect, opting instead for semi-annual reporting.
The decision follows an unmodified audit opinion issued by CLA Global TS Public Accounting Corporation on the group’s consolidated accounts for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025, which was disclosed in the company’s annual report released on Apr, 08 2026. As a result, the firm is no longer required to comply with Singapore Exchange Rule 705(2) and has been removed from the list of companies mandated to provide quarterly updates.
Under Rule 705(3)(b) of the listing manual, the board resolved to switch to semi-annual reporting. The next set of results—covering the six months ending Jun, 30 2026—will be announced no later than Aug, 14 2026.
The board emphasized its commitment to maintaining high standards of corporate governance and fulfilling all disclosure obligations.
