China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) has issued the proxy form for its first extraordinary shareholders’ meeting of 2026, scheduled for 14:50 on 29 April 2026 at the bank’s headquarters, No. 25 Financial Street, Xicheng District, Beijing.

Key matters up for shareholder vote:

1. Remuneration Distribution and Settlement Plan for Directors for the 2024 financial year. 2. Remuneration Distribution and Settlement Plan for Supervisors for the 2024 financial year. 3. Election of Mr. Sun Xiaokun as an executive director of the bank.

Shareholders may appoint the meeting chairman or another proxy to vote on their behalf. To be valid, completed proxy forms—together with any relevant powers of attorney—must reach CCB’s H-share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by 14:50 on 28 April 2026.

Joint shareholders may vote by proxy, but if more than one holder is present, the vote of the first-named holder on the register prevails. Personal attendance at the meeting will automatically revoke any previously submitted proxy instructions.
