Sichuan Expressway Issues Proxy Form for 2025 AGM Scheduled on 22 May 2026

Sichuan Expressway Company Limited released the proxy form for its 2025 Annual General Meeting, confirming the session will take place at 3:00 p.m. on 22 May 2026 in Room 420, 4th Floor, No. 252 Wuhouci Da Jie, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, PRC.

Key matters to be tabled for ordinary resolution via open ballot and non-cumulative voting include:

1. Profit distribution and dividend plan for the financial year 2025.

2. Board of directors’ work report for 2025.

3. Independent directors’ duty-performance report for 2025.

4. Domestic and overseas annual reports and their summaries for 2025.

5. Registration and issuance of corporate bonds.

6. Directors’ remuneration plan.

7. Liability insurance arrangement for directors and senior management.

Shareholders may appoint the AGM chairman or another proxy to vote on their behalf. Completed proxy forms, together with any relevant authorizations, must be lodged with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited no later than 24 hours before the meeting. Joint holders may have any one member vote; if multiple joint holders attend, priority will be given to the holder whose name appears first on the share register.

Completion of the proxy form does not preclude shareholders from attending and voting in person. All resolutions will be decided by poll as stipulated in the company’s Articles of Association and the Hong Kong Listing Rules.
