SIIC Environment (BHK) corrects AGM voting figures for dividend resolution

SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd (BHK) issued a clarification on May, 06 2026, stating that the English version of its Apr, 29 2026 annual general meeting results announcement carried an erroneous heading for Ordinary Resolution 2.

The corrected figures show 1,585,951,463 votes in favour and 11,000 votes against, out of a total of 1,585,962,463 shares voted, translating to 100.00% support for the resolution to declare a final dividend of 0.011 Singapore dollars per share.

For shareholders electing Hong Kong dollar payment, the dividend will be converted at a rate of 1 Singapore dollar to 6.1387 Hong Kong dollars, based on the exchange rate quoted by the Monetary Authority of Singapore on Apr, 29 2026.

The company confirmed that the Chinese version of the original announcement was accurate and that all other information remains unchanged.
