17LIVE Group Limited secures full shareholder approval at Apr, 27 2026 AGM

17LIVE Group Limited held its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 27 2026 in Singapore, with Chairman Phua Jiexian, Joseph presiding and a quorum of shareholders in attendance.

Shareholders adopted the Directors’ Statement and audited financial statements for the year ended Dec, 31 2025. They also re-elected Non-Executive Chairman Phua Jiexian, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer Jiang Honghui, and Independent Director Tay Eng Hoe to the board.

The meeting approved directors’ fees of up to 0.573 million Singapore dollars for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026, to be paid quarterly in arrears, and re-appointed Ernst & Young LLP as external auditors.

In special business, investors granted the board a general mandate to issue new shares, endorsed the issuance of shares under the 17LIVE Employee Share Option Plan (capped at 15% of issued shares), and renewed a share buyback mandate authorising repurchases of up to 10% of issued share capital.

All nine resolutions were decided by poll and passed with support of about 99.99% of votes cast. The meeting concluded at 11:05 a.m.
