At 7:35 AM on August 19, the independently developed "Honghu 03 Satellite" by a Beijing tech enterprise was successfully launched into orbit by the Zhuque-3 reusable test rocket from the Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Experimental Zone, with the satellite's solar arrays deploying smoothly and all telemetry parameters reading normal, marking a complete success for the mission.

The "Honghu 03 Satellite" was independently built by Beijing Landspace Hongqing Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Hongqing Technology"). It earned the affectionate nickname "Xiong'an No.1" because it is the first satellite to roll off the national first automated assembly line for satellite batch production at Hongqing Technology's Xiong'an Pilot Center. With the support of Beijing's scientific innovation strength, the aerospace information industry in the Xiong'an New Area has achieved a leap from R&D and manufacturing to in-orbit application.

Notably, this satellite was produced on China's first automated satellite batch production line. This line boasts an automation rate exceeding 70%, shortens the single-satellite production cycle by approximately 80%, and completes the final assembly of a satellite in just about 30 hours. "We are now able to build satellites just like manufacturing cars," said Shi Yaozhong, Vice President of Hongqing Technology. The automated line built in Xiong'an integrates automotive assembly-line manufacturing concepts into satellite production processes, delivering an annual production capacity of one hundred satellites.

As reusable rocket technology matures, the global scale-up of low-orbit constellation construction is accelerating. Batch satellite production helps better meet the demands of high-density launches and rapid constellation networking. This necessitates establishing a unified production tempo, developing a scientific product selection system, and simultaneously achieving "faster manufacturing, lower costs, and guaranteed reliability."
