Cutia Therapeutics announced that, effective 17 April 2026, the name of its principal share registrar, transfer office and registered office in the Cayman Islands has been changed from Harneys Fiduciary (Cayman) Limited to Ascentium (Cayman) Limited. The physical address of the registrar and the Company’s registered office remains unchanged.

The change was approved by the Board and disclosed in an announcement dated 27 April 2026. The Board currently comprises two executive directors, four non-executive directors and three independent non-executive directors.
