Conch Cement Repurchases 0.02% of A-Share Capital, Adds 0.81 Million Shares to Treasury

On 20 August 2026, Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (Conch Cement, HKEX: 00914; SSE: 600585) executed an on-market repurchase of 810,000 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from RMB 17.47 to RMB 17.61, representing an average consideration of approximately RMB 17.57 per share and an aggregate outlay of RMB 14.22 million. All repurchased shares will be held as treasury stock; no cancellations were made.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) declined from 3.94 billion to 3.94 billion, reflecting a 0.0205% reduction. • Treasury shares increased from 33.54 million to 34.35 million. • Total issued shares remained unchanged at 3.98 billion.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations and reiterated that there have been no material changes to the buyback particulars previously announced on 26 May 2026.
