Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) PCL repurchases 2.45 million shares worth about 0.86 million Singapore dollars

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) announced that on Mar, 09 2026 it bought back 2,450,410 shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at prices ranging between THB 9.45 and THB 9.70 per share, for a total consideration of roughly 0.86 million Singapore dollars.

The transaction forms part of a share-repurchase programme authorised by the board on Sep, 18 2025, which allows the company to acquire up to 220 million shares, equivalent to 7.68 percent of its paid-up capital, by Mar, 20 2026.

After the latest purchase, STGT has cumulatively repurchased 97,179,910 shares, representing 3.39 percent of its paid-up shares, at an aggregate cost of about 29.20 million Singapore dollars.
