A-share repurchase highlights • Volume: 1.02 million shares, equal to 0.04 % of the 2.47 billion A-shares outstanding before the transaction. • Price range: RMB 95.11 to RMB 99.83 per share; volume-weighted average price: RMB 98.18. • Consideration: RMB 100.01 million. • Treasury impact: A-share treasury stock increased from 1.04 million to 2.05 million shares. Issued A-shares outstanding declined to 2.47 billion, with total A-share capital steady at 2.47 billion shares. • The company reiterated that the repurchased A-shares are earmarked for its employee stock ownership plan.
