In preparation for the upcoming Labor Day holiday, YUEYUN TRANS executives have led inspection teams to Leyi Commercial Company and Yueyun Rescue Company starting April 22. The inspections focused on commodity supply at service areas and emergency rescue services on expressways to ensure uninterrupted travel services during the holiday period.

On April 23, Guan Zhong, a member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of YUEYUN TRANS, led an inspection team to the Leyi Commercial Company's Northern Guangdong division. The team conducted an in-depth review of measures to ensure supply and service quality at Leyi convenience stores during the holiday. At the Leyi store in Wayaogang Service Area, the team inquired about daily revenue, operational controls, holiday inventory preparations, and strategies for managing peak customer flow. Store managers were advised to align operations with holiday travel patterns by ensuring adequate stock of popular items, optimizing staffing during busy periods, and maintaining strict food safety and compliance standards. The goal is to enhance operational efficiency and service quality through detailed management, providing travelers with a safe, convenient, and pleasant shopping environment.

Guan Zhong inspected the specialty product display area at the Leyi convenience store and affirmed the company's holiday supply and service measures. He emphasized the need to coordinate safety production, standardized operations, and service support. By optimizing product assortments and strengthening agricultural product sales, Leyi stores should fully leverage their multifunctional role as platforms showcasing local characteristics, serving travelers, and supporting rural revitalization. The company was urged to address any shortcomings identified during the inspection, refine management practices, and continuously improve service quality to demonstrate the strong service image of a state-owned enterprise.

Personnel from YUEYUN TRANS's Discipline Inspection and Audit Department, along with representatives from Leyi Commercial Company and the Northern Guangdong Branch, participated in the inspection.

On April 22, Huang Wenban, a member of the Party Committee and Chief Accountant of YUEYUN TRANS, led a team to the Eastern Guangdong Rescue Center of Yueyun Rescue Company. The inspection focused on flood season safety hazard checks and expressway traffic assurance measures for the Labor Day holiday. At the Xiaojinkou duty station, the team examined the maintenance of rescue vehicles and equipment, emergency supply reserves, and inquired about hazard inspections, staff scheduling, workload, and logistical support during holidays and the flood season.

In anticipation of the holiday period and potential adverse weather, the Eastern Guangdong Rescue Center has preemptively deployed additional temporary duty stations, doubling their capacity. Comprehensive training on rainy season driving safety and on-site rescue protection has been provided to all rescue personnel to enhance their capability in severe weather conditions. The center has also reinforced doors, windows, and flood-prone areas at all 76 duty stations, while inspecting critical components of rescue vehicles such as tires, steering, brakes, wipers, and mirrors. These measures ensure that rescue equipment remains operational and responsive, providing solid support for emergency operations.

Huang Wenban emphasized that Yueyun Rescue must implement a "quick response and clearance" mechanism, anticipate potential congestion points, and deploy rescue resources scientifically to ensure expressway safety and smooth traffic flow during the holiday. He stressed the importance of reinforcing safety awareness among rescue personnel, strictly adhering to operational protocols, and enhancing on-site safety and warning measures to protect both personnel and equipment. All rescue centers were instructed to arrange reasonable shift rotations and provide adequate logistical support, ensuring rescue teams are well-rested and supplied to perform at their best.
