Edianyun Limited disclosed a share repurchase on 3 July 2026, acquiring 6.17 million ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at an average price of HK$3.00 each. A 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares is in effect until 2 August 2026.
