SIIC Environment approves S$0.011 final dividend, board re-elections and mandates at Apr, 29 2026 AGM

SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. told investors that all resolutions were passed at its Annual General Meeting held on Apr, 29 2026 in Singapore.

Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements for FY2025 and endorsed a final tax-exempt dividend of 0.011 Singapore dollars per share.

They also approved directors’ fees of 0.255 million Singapore dollars for FY2026, re-elected executive directors Zhou Yuding, Ji Guanglin and Yang Xing, and confirmed Deloitte & Touche LLP as external auditor for a further term with its remuneration to be fixed by the board.

A general mandate now allows the board to issue new shares of up to 50% of the company’s issued share capital, with a 20% limit for non-pro-rata issues, in line with Singapore Exchange and Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations.

The meeting renewed the share buyback mandate permitting repurchases of up to 10% of issued shares and approved a major and continuing connected transaction relating to a financial services agreement with Shanghai SIIC Financial Co. Ltd.

The AGM concluded at 10:30 a.m. Singapore time.
