CNH Industrial N.V.'s stock soared 5.06% during intraday trading on Thursday, following the release of its first-quarter 2026 financial results.
The agricultural and construction equipment maker reported Q1 consolidated revenues of $3.83 billion, which was flat year-over-year but significantly beat the analyst consensus estimate of $3.41 billion. The company's adjusted net income of $21 million also surpassed expectations, which were for a loss of $67.5 million.
Investors reacted positively as the company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 outlook, including an adjusted diluted EPS guidance range of $0.35 to $0.45. The results were driven by positive price realization and operational efficiency actions that helped offset weaker demand in key markets like North and South America.
