Beijing Enterprises Holdings Limited (“Beijing Enterprises”) has outlined the currency arrangements for its final dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.
The board confirmed a distribution of HK$0.77 per share. Shareholders may opt to receive the entire dividend in Renminbi at a fixed exchange rate of HK$1 = RMB0.87178. Based on this rate, the RMB payout equates to RMB0.6712706 per share. HKSCC Nominees Limited retains the flexibility to take part of its entitlement in RMB, while all other registered shareholders must elect to receive the full amount in one currency.
Eligibility will be determined by the record date of Monday, 8 June 2026. Investors who prefer the RMB option must lodge a completed Dividend Currency Election Form with the company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, 3 July 2026. If no form is received by the deadline, the dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars.
Beijing Enterprises highlighted that shareholders selecting RMB should ensure they have bank accounts capable of clearing RMB cheques and be aware of potential handling charges or delays. The company stated that fulfilment of the currency election instructions will discharge it from further liability in respect of the dividend payment.
