Huishang Bank Corporation Limited announced that its board of directors will convene on 26 August 2026 at 9:30 a.m. in Hefei, Anhui Province to consider and approve the unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The meeting agenda also includes approval of the results’ public release and discussion of other corporate matters.

The board currently consists of 14 directors: one executive director (Kong Qinglong), eight non-executive directors (Ma Lingxiao, Lu Hao, Wang Zhaohui, Wei Lixiang, Zuo Dunli, Gao Yang and Wang Wenjin), and five independent non-executive directors (Dai Peikun, Zhou Yana, Liu Zhiqiang, Yin Jianfeng, Huang Aiming and Xu Jiabin).

Huishang Bank reiterated that it is not an authorized institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance and therefore does not conduct banking or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.
