MAN WAH HLDGS (01999) announced its annual results for the period ended March 31, 2026. The group's total revenue amounted to HK$16.751 billion, representing a decrease of 2.89% year-on-year. Profit attributable to shareholders was HK$1.812 billion, marking a decline of 12.13% compared to the previous year. Basic earnings per share were HK$0.4674. The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.09 per share.

The company stated that the decrease in profit was primarily due to a reduction in operating revenue, a decline in gross profit margin, and an increase in selling and distribution expenses. Despite a volatile external environment, the group maintained relative operational resilience through continuous optimization of production efficiency, adjustments to its product mix, and strengthened channel management.

According to a third-party research institution's assessment based on 2025 calendar year sales volume, the group was once again recognized as the global sales leader in functional sofas. The data, sourced from Euromonitor Information Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and based on the company's 2025 global retail channel sales, defines functional sofas as recliner armchairs that can recline the back and lift the front seat, including sofas with manual or electric extension functions. The research was completed in April 2026.
