Lai Haoen has tendered her resignation from the roles of Joint Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective June 12, 2026. Ms. Lai will continue to serve as the legal process agent. Following her resignation, Liu Siyu will remain as the company's sole Company Secretary. Mr. Liu has been appointed as the Authorized Representative, with the appointment also taking effect from June 12, 2026.
