Acrophyte Hospitality Trust announced its results for the three months ended Mar, 31 2026, posting revenue of 32.6 million Singapore dollars, a 2.6 % decrease from the same period a year earlier.

Gross operating profit fell 10.1 % to 8.4 million Singapore dollars, while net property income declined 13.9 % to 4.5 million Singapore dollars. The trust attributed the weaker performance to the divestment of two hotels, brand-mandated renovations at four properties, management transitions at five hotels and weather-related disruptions from a severe U.S. winter storm.

As at Mar, 31 2026, the portfolio comprised 31 hotels with 4,061 rooms, down from 33 hotels and 4,315 rooms a year earlier. Cash and cash equivalents stood at 23.2 million Singapore dollars, including reserves for upcoming capital expenditures.

During the quarter, the trust completed the sale of Hyatt Place Detroit Livonia for 10.0 million Singapore dollars, with proceeds earmarked for renovations, debt reduction and general working capital.

Management said it remains cautious on the near-term U.S. lodging outlook amid inflationary pressures and geopolitical risks, and will focus on asset management and disciplined capital allocation to enhance portfolio resilience.
