The data analytics provider reported adjusted earnings of $1.98 per share for the quarter, topping the analyst consensus of $1.93. Revenue climbed 4.3% year-over-year to $806 million, also edging past the $804 million estimate. The strong performance was driven by annual price increases in underwriting and robust demand for claims analytics, including anti-fraud and property restoration solutions.
Verisk also reaffirmed its 2026 guidance, projecting revenue between $3.19 billion and $3.24 billion and adjusted diluted earnings per share of $7.45 to $7.75, both in line with Street expectations. The company also highlighted a $200 million accelerated share repurchase program, signaling confidence in its financial health. The combination of earnings beat and steady guidance propelled the stock significantly higher.
