AInnovation Technology Group Co., Ltd. (AINNOVATION) reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 31 July 2026, according to its latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 3 August 2026.

The company’s authorised and registered capital remained at RMB 563.54 million, represented by 563.54 million H-class ordinary shares with a par value of RMB 1 each.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 553.03 million shares, while treasury shares held steady at 10.52 million. Consequently, total issued shares stood at 563.54 million, mirroring the prior month’s level.

AINNOVATION confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, ensuring sufficient market liquidity for its H-shares.

During the period, the company reported no activity in share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no additional share issuances, repurchases, or cancellations.
